项目建设规模和内容: 项目总投资为58890万元,总用地约50亩,选址地位于开发区绿谷大道和遂松路交叉口东南侧,维康药业厂区西面,主要建设内容包括三幢楼:1号楼为包括医疗体验中心,专家门诊等内容的医疗健康服务楼;2号楼包括国家级实验室、中小试科研研发基地及引入的孵化器企业等,预计可同时引入150家孵化企业;3号楼包括会议中心、接待中心、展示中心、中药博物馆、互联网医药金融服务平台及电子商务等,每幢楼建有地下车库。总建筑面积约8万平米。 项目建成预计年营业收入为19080万元,应缴税金15123万元,净利润约为1500万元。
